Hey don't worry about the speed! Remember when I sent Bjorn the first screen capture from Big RRed, it was nothing but a triangle. I thought that was a big deal... But some people were laughing and saying a game would only run at 2-3 fps. Where did they get those numbers? Made them up of course. Or they thought it was software emulated.

Big RRed is not optimised for speed yet! Almost all of the code was written just to get it working. I am amazed that the game is playable.

It is amazing that the project is this far along already. If Rendition had released the SDK a year ago, think about how many Glide games we may have been playing by now.

P.S. Who makes Croc? Won't they be happy if more people buy it now. On the other hand we are just giving them an excuse to make Glide-only games.

P.P.S. I think 3Dfx's ftp site still has old Glide SDK's. If you want old games like Pandemonium to work, we will need one of the older ones. The old Glide was GLIDE.DLL and the new one is GLIDE2X.DLL. There is hardly any difference from what I gather. (The old Glide doesn't know how to run in a Window)
